Who’s Using Sharepoint?

Here’s an interesting list I found, of companies using Sharepoint.

Why write code for basic portal functionality when you can use an off-the-shelf solution and customize it? As an Office 12 Ascend developer was telling me this evening at our group dinner in Issaquah, “portals have become a commodity.”

Is your organization still writing custom code for things like user login, document repositories, multi-site search, or collaboration in general? Don’t you have better things to do with your time and money?

So do all the companies on the list above.
