still toting up my Memolink points (got a $50 Best Buy card on the way---don't knock it) and entered a picture of me that you took after Katrina in a photo of the year contest. One of the Woe is Me ones.
Ironically, I was searching specifically for the butt crack photo to enter , but, of course, couldn't pull it up in time. I work with such short windows of interest. If it can't happen in roughly 80 seconds, I'm out.
Did come across the "Hello, I'm Johnny Cash" picture I took of myself in the garage last year. Oh, that tripod Meg gave me (replaced immediately after the storm). How it has changed my life!!!Sending it to you by e-mail.

I don't know, the butt cracks and throwing up might help business. Depends on the butt crack, of course ... and what they're throwin' up. Liquids will probably work best.

I love the fact your site is going to be based on Office Live. When it's all ready for primetime let's have a site-rollout bash online.

AHHH....SO MUCH BETTER!
Thanks, Dahling....so long in preparation for that close up, you see...lol.
Hey! the elephants are old news as my new love is "my" Mei Mei (Mei Lan for the locals), the baby panda of my heart.
She is yet to be viewed openly, but it was great seeing her in the real pandacam as opposed to seeing it online (at zooatlanta.org --oh, everyone, do go see her!!). She's up to 13 lbs and 27 inches and my heart swooned big time.
It was a fantastic birthday. I spent it alone as is my fashion and sat in Whole Foods for hours eating and reading and then bounced over to Borders for more enjoyment before heading home with a movie, some MORE books and some outrageously over priced goodies to eat on.
As I drove, I listened to India Arie's "The Little Things"....the wonder of the pleasures to be had by such small, seemingly innocuous (can I say and spell that w/o any commentary?) events in a day in the life. She said, "...give me Atlanta, give me Savannah, give me some peace of mind.." and I had never heard that in the lyrics before. Took it as an immediate sign..oh, my wont of direction..sigh.And today, am so peaceful feeling. Looking forward to 2007 in a way I thought I would never. ALSO!!! TA DA.....Jamal did me up a website of my own for BLACK SWAN BARTENDING AND CATERING!!! (blackswanevents.com )It's not done yet as I have not been able to tweak it w/o his personal help in inputting the info, mission statement, pics in the wigs (oh yes, if I can't get business as the new me, I don't want it! Spoken from someone with some bonafied experience in poverty,ok?), etc. But, guess I will, in fact, be joining up in the cyber rankings and rantings....?
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I have lost both the newest and the old cameras. What a sense of loss...a tragedy. The last party I did; they say it isn't there, so I will continue to look, but am holding out for Mal's discard since he got upgraded for Christmas. Until then. I'm snapping away on the cell, although, of course, don't know what to do with them other than send to Lindy. OK, hello from Granny and Baby Tippy and Happy, Happy New Year, my sweet as sugar nephew and neice Megan the Good, Sweet and Wonderful.(oooh! Meg--we've got a Louvre in Atlanta thing that just opened. You must come soon)
cheers--auntm

Oops, my bad. I forgot how much you hate that picture, we already talked about that long ago. But to me, it's a nice reminder of partying back when we were all young and naive.

OK, here's a picture of the new Marsha from less than two weeks ago:

That better? Say hi to the elephants for us today!
