Thursday Sunrise
Thursday morning the light was amazing for a minute or two, and I snapped a few pictures off the deck.
I just ran into them while filing away the digital debris of the last week, and decided to update the blog header “while I’m at it.”

like um WOW. if i could get up that early and it not be a work day. I missed a beauty of a shot on the first thursday after the time change. The sun moon and the outline of the mountains oh and a few cars.

Beautiful photos! Wish you had been with us this morning when we left the dock in San Francisco (at 3:30 AM) and headed home to Point San Pablo. Georgous view of San Francisco and of sparkling bridge lights and red and green bouys. Couldn’t see Angel Island, Alcatraz or other smaller islands, which made me a bit anxious but Elton got us home safe and sound and I was able to report to work at 7:30, a bit tired but otherwise not too shaken.

Lynn, I’m so glad you have Elton with you for these maritime adventures. I’m sure for him that was just another day at the office; slow day, probably.

Yeh, it was no big deal for him. The experience for me was better than a roller coaster ride.

The sunrise is awesome - but I’m really happy not to be one of the people on the bridge headed for work that early.
