		<description>You might check out NewsGator.  In addition to their web UI, they have a native Windows app, FeedDemon, which syncs to their back end.  This means you can get the features and responsiveness of a local client while still retaining the flexibility to read your feeds form anywhere without duplication.

I use their Mac client, NetNewsWire, from multiple machines and their mobile-UI from my Treo to good effect.</description>
